I can see myself owning the car for quite a while and will eventually go hunting for more power again, so I want to make sure if I replace the clutch that it will cope if I go for more power

Can you ask Vince how much he reckons the 550i clutch will hold? if I went aftermarket twins would I run out of clutch?

and yep I know the twins can be problematic, but I'm not sure I'm ready for the work that a single requires...

Xtremeclutch is the flavour of he month.
Thanks Turts, XTreme twin plate ordered today, was cheaper than the spec 2+ and Aussie made, time will tell if it's a good or bad call

I'll get to one of these events one day Socks and we can compare notes on the clutches

They're getting popular with the US guys also.

Please tell me you got the twin plate organic friction material clutch? The cerametallic is horrible for a street car...

Need new rear tires before I can put them back on

Guy in Qld that sold me the wheels, forgot to mention one the rear tires has a nail in it and wont hold air
Can't just replace one rear with new rubber, so will have to do both

Agreed got them for a decent price so no too salty tbh, but would think people would not be so shady... not like you wont notice something like a nail in the tire

black bonnet roof was a JDM thing and looked great especially on white cars.
