S55 swap into 328i e92

Hello all, I have just recently gotten a 2017 m4 base engine, meaning nothing but the BASE of the engine, block, head, pistons, crank, etc. Still built. My e92 328i is finally getting up into the miles (200k) And I am now dailying my old civic, before I sell the e92 328i, and buy a 120k mile 335i that I have been looking at, how hard in your own opinion, how hard would it be to swap in the s55? Not worried about the turbo or harness, can get/build my own. But mostly worried about mounts, and trans, as well as rearend/Diff, and subframe in the rear as well as the ECU for it as well as the tune for it. Any info, or if it has been done before would be greatly appreciated. I've searched and searched, but it seems I might actually be the first person that may attempt this. TIA.
