Angry blue smoke

Hello,
So I'm not new to turbo vehicles but I am new to modified turbo BMWs. My car is a 2009 335xi single with a single turbo kit and catch can. All mods were put on within the past 20k miles by a reputable shop while the previous owner owned it. The car's exhaust pipes are coated with a black sticky residue and it's blasting blue smoke out of the tail pipe like a smoke screen..... But I'm not burning any oil. I'm going to check the oil lines attached to the turbo soon and I have stuff to clean the valves coming (the cleaning is due). My question is, am I missing something? Does anyone have any other ideas or experience with this?? Thanks in advance.
