So I replaced a broken regulator, put everything back together, and attempted to reset the anti trap by holding the switch down for 15 seconds and then up for 15 seconds. Didn't seem to be working and the window kept bouncing halfway down until it finally stopped moving all together for a few hours.

Now it's moving again, and I can roll it completely up and down with the auto function but the anti trap dash symbol keeps popping on every 15-20 seconds and it's become extremely irritating. I tried resetting the anti trap as described once again but I'm still getting errors even though the window seems to be working fine.

Any ideas how to fix this?

you would have better luck on the general board and open internet.
how's your stereo doing?
