The stunts are a sales pitch to sway public opinion away from tax-exempt Scientology and Cruises' public relations missteps and with unlimited funds to set-up the stunts it's business. I think that's why the first Transporter movie had such a following and why the Transporters BMW were timeless - they were a few steps removed from traditional Hollywood productions.
I also think that Cruise woukd appear on screen a lot more sophisticated and kick-ass if he let his hair age naturally, it's starting to resemble John Travolta. It's 'ART' so they need to be daring instead of 'Formula' but I like Travolta & Cruise but I need to see fresh instead of 'safe' 'franchise' product.

Hey don't forget about the amazing BMW S1000RR being used in the motorcycle chase scene.

I owned one of those bike for a little over 2 years before it was stolen, and I must say that BMW set the bar REALLY high with that beautiful and powerful 2 wheeled machine!

The white M-sport 7er looks absolutely fantastic and the silver M3 looked great in the trailer.

But as far as movie endorsements go, Mercedes seems to have hit a home run this year with Jurassic World breaking all kinds of records.

Sooo glad BMW is getting back in the movie industry. Or is it?
Was frustrating to see Audi took over Transporter..

Also looking forward to seeing the movie. Folks can say what they want about Cruise's behaviour and beliefs away from the screen. It's of little relevance to me. The MI movies are fantastic and action-packed and I admire Cruise for taking the risks he does to bring realism to the scenes. That's bad ass.

And yes I have a MMMM-man crush. MI plus "M" rocks! How much better can it get if you're an M fan?!

Spot on. Cruise's 100+% dedication to a film can't be denied... How many actors (or regular people, for that matter) can make that claim?

Saw a sneak preview on Monday night and it was great! Probably the best of the franchise. They definitely used plenty of BMWs and the chase scenes were awesome.
