Helix Overdrive loud at idle!

So I wanted run e95 without doing all the other crap (port injection etc) so Ken/Steven with Wedge told me to go with Helix Overdrive

The install wasnt bad at all and there were no surprises. But when the vehicle is on at idle, if you have the windows down, you can hear this making an awful mechanical noise

. Steven said to raise the idle rpms to 750, which I have done and am not to crazy about it because it looses that awesome deep idle due to my PE.
Regardless, it still occasionally rears its ugly head and usually when I am in line at a drive through and its obnoxious. Performance wise there is ZERO issues, which I am thankful for. But has anyone found a solution to this?

Does raising the idle make it less obvious? A video clip of the sound would help. Is this noise issue normal for the helix? I haven't heard anybody really speaking up about it.
