If I am reading the thread correctly, the thread starter is saying that a lemon interior is possible with ED even for a US bound vehicle?

All "ED" vehicles are U.S. bound.

But that notwithstanding, yes, it's available, why couldn't you get lemon?

Hmm, that photo shows how the split pipes on the e90 look very slightly odd compared to the twins.

I like the split pipes on the E90 335 compared to the 'normal' pipes on the E92 328.

Yep! Been lusting after your Black/Lemon/Poplar combo for too long. I have that combo in my short list for E90 replacement time, few years down the road.

I like it in pics but in real life that color will be a pain in the a$$...it will be a nightmare to keep clean...I remember how hard it was to keep beige clean.

I can take or leave the twin pipe setup, otherwise is identical to a 330 (no bad thing)

They did that for 06 with the all new e90. 07 is just an engine change.

Actual color of lemon interior

Is it yellow, or a really light tan? Ordered Black sapphire with lemon/black, but don't want the interior to be yellow.

TIA

I have Sapphire Black with beige + burl, and the beige is a nice light tan color. That may be what you are looking for. IMO, it looks great, but beige doesn't get the around here -- maybe it's too "mature" an interior color or something. So far, no problems keeping it clean, but my car is only a few months old. It's true that a black exterior and light interior is pretty much the worst of both worlds when it comes to maintaining the clean look.

From what I have seen of the lemon (photos only), it is a much lighter color, almost white with a slight yellow/tan tint to it. With black trim, it should look beautiful. While I prefer beige, I think you made a good choice.
