2011 e92 335i XDrive front struts

Hi I have a bad right front strut on my non-sport model e92 XDrive. Are there any suspension differences between this and the sport model e92 XDrive? I'm looking at getting Bilstein B4 struts, Thanks!

unlike RWD 3 series, the X drive sports pack doesn't upgrade your suspension compared to non-sports pack.

Make sure that the struts/shocks are correct for xDrive. You cannot (should not) use shocks for any RWD suspension, as the valving (and piston length) is different.

floy, I think you are referring to the front shocks only but you are wrong about the rear. the rear shocks are in general cross compatible across RWD and AWD.

here's an example of bilstein HD cross compatibility between RWD and AWD
