Interesting that their using a V8 with a turbo same as another German marque.

Only downside with a turbo is it does mute the exhaust note a tad and I doubt the full production unit will sound as per the R&D car, but still sure it will be a decent and powerful executive motor.

true, Im actually selling my e39 M5 so I can place my order as soon as it becomes available, imagine the potential of a twin turbo v8...

I actually put money down on one of these before i heard about the GTR thinking that it would be 2012 by the time it came out! Oh well......i might need to up my search for a rich divorcee

Having read the article, i'd be a bit disappointed if it comes out with the 7 speed DCT and current V8.

I'd be expecting something more............
