130,000 miles or 130km? If you have 130km, you have some time to play with regarding replacing the bushings.

If you have 130,000 miles, yep you need to drop the rear subframe out of the car and replace all the bushings & control arms proactively.

With a 325, I wouldn't worry about putting M bushings in, unless you really want to. There's no harm in doing so, if you do.

You can put m3 control arms in front and leave the rear alone for now. I don't see why not.

If you do just do the front, I'd also replace the tie rods "while your in there".

I think doing the front & rear at the same time, makes it a MUCH bigger job. I did my control arms & bushings in stages. I did front & rear M3 control arms w/ new tie rods first. I bought the front & rear M control arm kit from FCP for like $675.00.....

A year later, I'd did the entire rear subframe; I pulled it off the car, which made things considerably easier. When you do this, your DIY could turn into a bigger job, as you will/could find other parts that need to be replaced etc. I did SS brake lines, as a "while your in there" when I did my rear subframe refresh with M parts since the rear brake lines are much more accessible when rear the subframe is out of the car.

Thanks for the detailed explanation man! I will do these two kit first as you suggested and will do the Bushing later. Is there anything else i need to add? These two kits I'm referring

Yep, that's a very complete kit.

If you live in the mid-west, North-east or in a state that uses salt on the roads in the winter, be prepared for some fun in terms of getting the old stuff off.

I'd add the bolts for the M3 control arms

Just make sure you have the right tools for the job prior to install.

Do your research.

Personally, I'd buy a Bentley Repair Manuel. I'd also make sure you have a medium size torque wrench and a large torque wrench.

ECS does sell torque wrenches

I have these and can personally say they work and will for a long time.
