Bluetooth for cell no music

The car came with Bluetooth for the phone but nothing for music. What do I need to do to get music Bluetooth as well.

You have to have the right level idrive and a combox if you go OEM .
Or the Evo OEM head units have it built in . (Expensive and or Complicated)

Less expensive and not that complicated

Or you can get one of the Android or other aftermarket head untis
talked about on here.
The cheap android units are just that.

The think is there are many holes to fall in and this stuff can get complicated.
