I have two Nokia´s and both works fine
Nokia 6230i with docking cradle
Nokia 6103

Go to WWW.BMWUSA.COM then go to Owner's / pair bluetooth, you'll see a list of BMW aproved Compatible phones.

The docking cradle that is installed in the armrest is about $130. There is a trim piece needed also at an additional cost, something like $20. Then there is the adapter that is phone specific that snaps onto the cradle. I'm thinking it would cost about $100 as well. If the cradle isn't already installed and you already have Bluetooth, the installation takes 30-45 minutes. It's really quite simpe once you know how. I had it done by the local dealer.

The only advantage it gives is it charges the phone and connects it to the external fin antenna if your phone has an external jack.
