iDrive Problem? Service Status Menu

I was wondering if something is wrong with my iDrive... Everything seems OK except for the Service Status Menu. On that menu, "Options" is selected, but I can't scroll to select any of the other options ("Emergency call / Roadside Assistance / Service Request / BMW Customer Relations / Auto Request). FYI, I've signed up for BMW Assist for 3 years, so why don't I have access to these options? Thanks in advance!

It's just showing that you those are the services available to you. You should only be able to select Options and have "Update Services" & "Terminate Services".

Okay, then I guess there's something wrong with my iDrive so I'll take it in to the dealer so they can look at it. Thanks.
