Mine has Bluetooth telephone but no audio...get a Bluetooth dongle from amazon and plug it into the aux port. It’s like $15

Yes it’s plugged into a usb/cigarette port adapter. My phone automatically connects when the car is started and it plays when you select aux.

I second this one. The light on it is also just bright enough to illuminate the center console at night. makes finding things in there a little easier imo

good point on adding a little light in the console. I actually bought this 4 USB port and plug that into the console and plug the Tunai into that

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Works great and I can charge phones too since I did the lighter delete and installed the sunglass tray instead (meaning I needed a way to charge my phone too).

Much cleaner look!

That's not a bad idea as I also did the cigarette lighter delete and swapped with the sunglasses tray lol. More room for all my coins. Did the lightup tray mod too!

https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32678

I'm not much for clutter though, I opted for the aukey flush fit car charger. Only allows one extra port but rarely do I need to charge more than one thing at a time.

You have many options;

Here the most popular.

- Oem retrofit (expensive)
- tune2air (around 150$)
- cheap dongle (around 10$)

See this thread, and also check the last page for my review on the 3$ dongle

TUNAI will work for you btw. If you have USB , you don'T need 12v.

also, check my post

https://www.e90post.com/forums/showt...255872&page=12

edit for OP ...

So got this 3$ A2DP usb stick, andddd...

it works surprisingly good ! (E90 08' CCC unit)

Pros :

- clear sound (using a sound dsp/equilizer like Viper4Android, makes the sound 10x better than a .mp3 on a memory stick)
- connection is flawless
- phone is able to send music via this dongle, but send phone calls on OEM bt.
- Only 5 seconds delay ( buffering)
- Creates 3 mp3. So you can use next/previous OEM button.
- tested briefly on my F25, and seems to work well.

Cons :

- since OEM headunit don't have a play/pause button, you can't start music on headunit. (even with the CCC knob)
- after skipping the 3 created mp3, the CCC stops responding for the mp3 list only, but music still running. You can use volume at this point. And for skipping songs, you'll need to use the phone.

* didn't test phone calls on the dongle mic. (anyway the delay is too great to use it)

At the end, this is very perfect for people using streaming, and don't skip songs.

very pleased.

Just plug the unit into the aux and USB. The USB is only for power on these. You could also get the nicer (more expensive) set up and control your phone with your head unit since yours has the usb and aux.

tune2air will work with OEM control.

Tunai won't work.

Cheap A2DP ebay dongle will somewhat work with OEM control.

OP, if your E90 is your daily, and you really 'need' a2dp, go with tune2air

I like yours, nice. And yes, only 1 USB as you can see in my pic

Mine would look a clean as yours by plugging the Tunai right from the USB to the Aux, but I wanted those extra USB ports
