11 E90 335xi 61K miles 'AWD/DSC error' on long trips only.

11 E90 335xi 61K miles 'AWD/DSC error' on long trips only.

I drove from Cincy to Columbus last weekend and Cincy to Cleveland this weekend (100 and 240 miles each way). And after approx 30 min of highway speed (both while and while not using the cruise control) I get the yellow "Brake" light on the dash and the yellow /!\ with the arrow over it showing, and AWD/DSC error on the nav's LCD screen. Cruise control stops working. The error goes away after turning the car off and back on and everything will be normal for another 15-30 min, cruise control will work etc and then the error will return. Issue does not occur during around town driving (my work commute is short and I don't get on the highway). The car is NOT a CPO, has anyone in here seen similar or have any thoughts about what I'm looking at for the repair?
Thanks

sounds like something is throwing error codes around. Send it in to a place around you so they can scan it. (non dealer if you are not cpo their prices are absurd). You could need an alignment I am not sure. Both of my E90s were cursed they were always breaking down man haha the e92 has been really good to me

Curious-did you recently get an alignment? I had an Indy do an alignment on my car and they forgot to recalibrate the steering shaft sensor. Caused exactly the stuff you are experiencing.

If it's shaking in the back... have you checked to see if the insides of your tires are worn down to the wires? often times poor alignment and wheel balancing will show this symptom
