Question Idrive problem - youtube video

Hello everyone,

Can you please watch my video, you will see what problem i have with my idrive.

most likely your ccc contoller is faulty. the way that controller work is bt\y sending a can bus message to ccc @ 100kbs. so if your controller is acting like in your video, i would assume its got a bad contact/ cold solder and is randomly sending a can messages to you cccc

Well i found something on YT , video shows how to repair contacts on knob



Its just iam not sure is it for my problem

i would take it apart and look for any possible connection issues/ bad / stuck contacts.

Remove the idrive controller from center counsel. Go to Home Depot and by "contact cleaner" in the electrical isle and try and clean out the knobs switch contact. I would bet either the idrive controller is bad or you spilled a drink in it which is giving false contact closures. Contact cleaner is plastic safe, non conductive and evaporates fast. After spraying underneath the knob let it dry in the sun for an hour and reinstall.

Thanks guys for replay...i will try first clean contacts than if its not working ill do exactly what tutorial shows.
