Low Coolant warning + leak after water pump replacement

To sum it up, leaking coolant pretty bad, added distilled water to confirm and it is. Its a weekend so all the shops are closed, anyone got any ideas what is causing the leak? Had the waterpump n tstat replaced a few months ago. Yellow coolant light cc-id 166. If anyone can chime in I would appreciate the help.

Thanks

Could be anything. Maybe one of the clamps loosened up? Radiator leak?
