Thing are all right. They have to order the part so i'm in a loaner till thursday. I didn't really get any sleep last night but i'm holding up so far.

I am good. work is dead so I been online so far. after my project, going home to wash my car after 4 weeks.... how sad is that. I am neglecting my car. :sad0147:

That's correct - I can only go by what I was told, which is why we refunded your restocking fee. However, Kenny told me that you requested H11... also, all our Xenix bulbs are 80W. Your car runs 55W... and 80W works perfectly. We sell dozens of them every day. No problems yet.

Regardless of this disagreement, I would like to issue an apology for any inconvenience and offer you $10 store credit to clear up this entire mess. This will give us a chance to serve you properly so that you can see the way our customer service really is, and understand why we are otherwise so highly rated on the forums

ya the dealer said the power steering pump is broken. He's only seen one of these happen before. I wonder what could have caused that.

yea under warranty. I don't think he knows what happened, but he's pretty mod friendly so that's cool.

Apparently they have 75 people on the wait list for the m3 and that's just one dealership!
