Hey guys,
In July, my father suddenly past away from a heart attack at the age of 65. I am now living with mom and she is retired. I must help her with the bills, morgage, and taxes. In NO WAY do i want to do this, but i must. Riding, is my life. When i have problems or i am having a really bad day, i get on my bike and EVERYTHING goes away... Because i still owe money on the bike, i have to sell it. There are to many other bills that must come first. One day, when we get back on our feet, I'll be sure to have another "1". Everything i ever wanted was done to this bike exactly the way i wanted it done, with the help of my DAD. I have thought of all options not to sell it and ride in memory of him. I wish i could even borrow the money, but that would be another bill... So here it is guys, my loss is your gain

the fact that you even asked that question, i would have to respond with YES it is stupid... have you even taken a MSF course?? there are people out there who have had a liter bike as their "starter" bike, but it's highly not recommended... take safety course, learn on something "smaller"... you WILL tip the bike over / lay it down, it is just a fact of life... i would be sad as HELL if you were to do that to this R1... start with something with less mods, and one that you won't cause a moment of silence because you were to lay her down...

Bump for a clean bike and sorry for your loss. G/L with the sale, that's a sweet price. I'd love to own a bike, but I'd probably kill myself. 75 is the fastest I've felt comfortable going on a sport bike lol.
