2011 BMW E92 335IS 6MT ~77,000 Miles, Located 60047, $18,000, VIN WBAKG1C52BE362982

Black Sapphire Metallic with Cream Beige Dakota Leather, Nav, HID, Remaining aftermarket comprehensive warranty through early next year/another 30k miles. Garage kept during my ownership, originally a Louisiana/Texas Car from the one previous owner, clean Carfax.

It’s with a heavy heart I list my baby. Unfortunately, it has come time to replace my truck which served as my daily driver for the past 10 years, and I can’t justify two payments. This car has been my weekend passion for the last two and a half years, fast as hell and a blast to drive with the Windy City BMW crew. Rather than trade it in, I’d like to give another enthusiast the opportunity to continue its journey at a great price, this listing is relatively firm and is at payoff.

Short of the M, the “IS” is the ultimate E92. Despite the change to the N55 in the standard 335i before this model year, the IS still has the N54 3.0L I6 Twin Turbo (though in N54T spec), as well as modified motormounts, clutch, oil cooling, hot factory tune with overboost, special exhaust, standard M-sport, shadowline trim, cooling ducts in lieu of fog lights, model specific interior trim, and the option for 19” 313Ms.

Options: 2B6 Lt/Aly Wheels Doublespoke 313m, 2vb Tyre Pressure Indicator, 319 Integrated Universal Remote Control, 4na Interior Mirror With Dig. Compass, 403 Glas Roof, Electric, 430 Int/Ext Rr Vw Mirror W Aut Anti-Dazzle, 431 Interior Rr Vw Mirror W Aut Anti-D, 488 Lumbar Support Driver/Front Passenger, 534 Automatic Air Conditioning, 544 Cruise Control With Braking Function,563 Lights Package, 570 Stronger Electricity Supply, 6aa Bmw Teleservices, 6ab Control Teleservices, 6uh Traffic Information, 609 Navigation System Professional, 615 Extended Bmw Online Information, 620 Voice Input System, 639 Complete Prep. Cellular Phone Usa/Cdn, 655 Satellite Radio, 704 M Sport Suspension

I’ve done everything I can to keep the car in pristine condition, and every common platform issue or PM has been done with OEM parts by a dealer, myself, or 7th Gear (Schaumburg) within the last ~15k of my ownership: Clutch, Oil Filter Housing Gasket, Fuel Injectors (3/6), Plugs, Coils, Valve Cover Gasket, Oil Pan Gasket, Starter, Battery, Footwell Module, Walnut Blast of Intake Ports, High Pressure Fuel Pump, Oil+Filter+Microfilter 4 times, Control Arm, Brake Fluid Flush, Pads, Rotors, Passenger Air Bag Sensor, seatbelt handovers, OEM Bridgestone Potenza RFTs (summers).

Last fall, around 5k miles ago, when I did the clutch and oil pan gasket, I decided to install several performance modifications to the car that I felt would reliably let the car reach its potential. Current modifications include (most stock parts come with the car) BMW Performance Short Shift, ARM Downpipes, ARM FMIC (w/ silicone piping, VRSF Charge Pipe (stock DV), Escort QI45 Built In Radar Detector, BMW HIFI door speakers and tweeters, MB quart underseat woofers, stereo amp, Schroth Quckfit harnesses (driver and passenger, these are click in for performance use and don’t interfere with the stock seat belts), MHD Stage 2+ (includes connectors and tablet with stock backup), Burger Motorsports White Dual Cone Intake.
Performance usage of the car includes approximately 6 Autox and 2 HPDE days.

Car has been fully detailed (compound, polish, sealed and waxed), garaged, and never driven in winter through my ownership. Any door dings have been promptly corrected, and there is a light tap on the roof I must have missed when it got PDRd (Pictuered). Defects in the paint include a ~2” scratch on the front bumper cover, approx 4 paint chips which have been touched up, some front bumper cover defects, and two license plate screw sized depressions in the rear bumper cover from before my ownership. Car does have an OEM front plate mount installed. Interior comes with all weather and velour mats, some minor wear on the driver area trim and start button, carpet under the driver’s mat has worn through in a spot.

Part of my passion for this car is maintaining it myself, and as such, I have some tools that I would be willing to include with the sale at asking price (note, these may become available should I resort to trading in the car): Schwaben/Foxwell NT510 BMW Specific Scan Tool, Race Ramps (Schwaben/ECS version), Full N54 Walnut Blasting Kit (Large, Air Compressor, Pressurized Media Blaster, Intake Port Vacuum and blaster adapter), Oil Filter and Spark Plug Sockets, Dinan E92 Front Camber Plats (never installed on the car).

An older picture is included; I will post thorough pictures in the morning. (Pics posted below)

Need to move this (or at least have an intent to buy) quickly to allow me to budget for my purchase, hence the rock bottom price posted. I hope this can be a great value for a fellow enthusiast. I need some interest early this week or the car will likely be traded, I can drive the car to Charlotte, NC for no charge next month if someone in the SE or along route is interested.

Pics in the next few posts, sorry it took so long, had to individually resize every photo 36 pixels smaller. I tried to get shots of every part of the car, and a zoomed shot on defects. Some are hard to get good shots of.

Let me know if you have any questions, or would like additional pics.
