Honestly How Many People Are Not Happy With Burgers Customer Service!!!

I don't understand this guy terry, I bought a jb4 from him and needed some information regarding some things with it and he keeps sending me a link to the n54 tech..Everytime I email him,that's all he does is send me this link!!!I'm not happy and feed up with his services..It's like haha now I got your money figure it out for yourself!!DO you guys feel like this too??I pissed about this and I'm switching to cobb,awesome customer service and products!!!!

well maybe you're asking a really easy question that the link answers for you?

Because I know exactly what link he sends out and it literally answers all the questions. Maybe if you asked something very technical then he would respond accordingly.

I did ask him something technical!!I asked him like 5 different things and just got links.But when I asked him about my brother wanting a jb4,he gave me a huge response!

i realize we are a burger tuning supplier, but he answers faster then any one in the business, any time of day or night, yes if its already been described in perfect detail on HIS forum, why not just link it so you can see the detailed instructions, alot of times pics, then to retype everything from that thread into an email

Wow never heard this either. Terry has really good customer service, in fact he is known for that.

I have used Terry's products since he started his business and he has always promptly replied to any questions I had. This is one of the reasons I use him. Well also his products are awesome.

What is the question your asking Terry?

No, absolutely not. N54Tech has a wealth of information, and the links probably led you in the right direction. Terry is known to respond very quickly, sometimes in the middle of the night (he definitely helped me out). The fact that you're being vague on what you asked and what links he sent is also a flag to me.

maybe the reason he keeps sending you the link is because your questions are answered in the context of the link imagine that. Terrys customer service is the best of the best, bar none.

The best when I has a issue one time and asked him please call my phone..The response was "I don't do phone calls"..That got me pissed from the beginning .

Hmm that's odd. I've emailed Terry a couple times for things he had no reason to help me with and before I could log back into e90post to check my PM's I had a response waiting.

Even emailed him about some custom mapping for the track at around 2am and VOILA... I had a response in 5 minutes.... from what I've experience I've never seen anyone in any business reply so fast.

If you can't click on a link and read directions, you shouldn't be "tooning" your car or messing with it's ECU.

When I was a JB customer, Terry/Mike always gave me superior customer service. If I had a question I had a phone call or text within minutes, even on weekends and holidays.

I never wanted to tune my own car!!It was basic questions about,him making me a map,auto clearing for my d.p's ,about if jb4 adjusts * which he told me yes and it was a lie and some other questions.

So you expect 1 on 1 customer service with the owner of any place you buy products from?


So, what were the questions, and can you give us the links he provided to you?

From the sounds of it, your questions would have been answered in the links he sent you. He doesn't need to craft a personal response to your questions, when your questions have been asked hundreds of times over and have all the answers in the links provided.

it can control timing on street gas with additional part, and does with meth and race gas, terry is john on the spot...and you must just be lazy and want the info spoon fed, Terry is always short and sweet and to the point, there is no need for a drawn out answer when they are all available if you take a few minutes and educate yourself

Your not supposed to make your own maps unless your running No2 or ALOT of boost otherwise the countless hours he puts in the pre-loaded maps are deemed useless.


I highly doubt he said the Jb4 controls timing as it does not. You would need a CPS module for that.

you could activate auto clear from the Jb4 interface via your pc.


Iam more then sure the links he sent you would have answered your questions as they contain all this information and then some.



EDIT: no matter why type of money you spent on your tune where $100 or 10000 it would help if you knew more about it personally. Instead of asking question after question. Your lucky we have
those links in our community .99% of other tuners do not supply their customers with %50 of what Terry/Shiv do.
