Question about spacers and 437m rims

Hi.

I have an 335 ix 2008. I bought oem 437m rims. I run 275/30 goddyear eagle f1 in the rear. I can´t seem to avoid rubbing in the rear. I´ve tried with 12mm spacers and now i tried 10mm but it keeps rubbing. I just put on bc coilovers to lower it.. As i´ve read when you have an pre lci you have to have spacers for my rims. Can i run without any spacers or will it rubb in my inner fender then?
