I have a 2011 328i with the base audio (no HiFi speakers), can I upgrade it to HiFi with the bavaudio setup with the tweeter?

There is no amplifier in your system .
Adding speakers that require more power won't do much for it.
Even the Hi Fi system is a crap in a BMW .
although it has a small crappy amplifier.
Please search a little this question has been answered over and over.
