Vacuum lines
Hey, is anyone in the Los Angeles/ San Fernando valley that can help me out with changing a few vacuum lines? I have the lines already and most were replaced, only a few remaining...
Thanks! |

I wouldn't mind helping out, I just replaced all my vacuum lines myself about a week ago. I live in the South Bay like Hawthorne area though.

have any tips for replacing the line that is connected to rear turbo waste actuator? all the others are pretty straight forward. I did remove coolant reservoir to reach the front turbo that was not the easiest... I cant even see the vacuum line to rear turbo

Sure, I’m pretty much free any time next week while on my vacation. I’m just waiting on some parts to come in too. Keep me posted on a day.

Just follow the vacuum line from the boost solenoid that goes to the rear. It’s held on by metal clips. And that will guide you all the way to the wastegate nipple on the rear turbo. I also advise using 3.5mm ID vacuum hose, same as oem and get the platinum cured vacuum hose if you don’t already have it. |
