i used to 3m 1080 scotchprint CF. sorry for the quality pics. At one point i did this red stripe design. ive taken it off the dash pieces but left the door panels. check it out. used the pinstripe roll from autozone for like $3. so when you would sit in the car the striping lined up all the way around. but i got tired of it on the dash pieces. the f series has the red stripe on the bottom edge of the dash piece.

Looks great man! I'll be doing this in the near future I believe.. Just not sure what kind of wrap to go with! AW E92 with Black Accents... Hmm.

Want to try to come up with something different from everything else!

I have the same color interior. Looks great! Do you have a zoomed out picture of the whole interior? I want to see the flow of it. I'm really considering doing this.

So many options to choose from. I have the wood trim on my e93 and have the saddle brown interior, and I’m certainly not in love with it. However, the cf wrap with saddle brown kinda brought a new perspective to the game.

I think in the end, I still would want black interior with aluminum trim/ aluminum wrap.

3M makes some. You'll need a 6' x 5' piece.

I like Vivid brand.

It's hard to say when you look at reviews. You don't know if someone is leaving a review that's a total moron. It takes some skill & patience to do a job like this.

The ends of each piece are the hardest part.

Been thinking about doing this forever. Wood trim is so dated.

Some pictures here look very tempting. My E91 stock silver material has some scratches and would look a bit better with a wrap. How do you wrap the lid in front of the gear knob without covering the small plaque?

You have to cut the ends off inside. Then you can poke it out.

I’ve owned my e90 for 3 years but am just now entering the world of modding. Forgive me if this sounds insane but has anyone given thought to changing an entire tan interior to black? Obviously buying everything piece by piece would be the only way, unless I found someone selling all of it at once out of a wrecked car. Just curious if anyone has undertaken such a task.
