Well I would actually like to activate some of the functions of the USB interface....

And also since I've taken your advice and eliminated the TCU I need to get bluetooth configured/activated so that I can use that function as well.

if the actual VIN of your car is P136358 and you didn't modified VO before coding job then it is do not contain any option which allow to access MULF2HI with TCU in a proper way
you have to add $6FL option to VO and try

I've already edited the VO with $6FL however I did not change the VIN of the module to match the car. Could that be the issue? Don't understand what you mean when you say access "MULF2HI with TCU in proper way" I had the TCU connected but then it was suggested that I remove it because it is basically useless since SOS is not longer supported and I did just that....so no the car only has the MULF and SAT Radio module (Can't remember the correct nomenclature of it)

did you put loop most socket when you disconnected tcu from loop ?
i need to see screnshot from ncs-expert right before coding job execution

No, instead I reconfigured the Fiber optic junction thing behind the rear seat. Trust me I know it works because my USB and AUX which is plugged into the MULF works just fine, and all other audio source on the car which tells me that there isn't any issue with the MOST Bus loop.
