Spring engine bay wash
Greetings all,
This past winter was my first winter with the car. I was wondering if you guys do anything special with the engine bay in the spring. Do you spray the engine bay with water? Should I cover certain wires? I noticed an accumulation of salt on the frame especially to the right of the engine. Tried to search but didn't come up with a lot. Thanks!

Just don't use a crazy pressure washer.
You want to minimize water penetration into the electronics as much as possible. Other then that should be okay.

I cover the intake filters, use a pre cleaner to spray everything down, pressure wash it, and blow dry it with air compressor. I than use an inside out detailer to make it shine!
