I'll post sometime next month after the install and let you know what it's like. Any other suggestions for suspension parts while it's in the shop? Thanks,

As far as wheels go I am happy with the 18" M 193 rims that are the M-sport wheels. If you can get the rear M-sport sway bar and bushings that would be good.

I think that the ride controls will be great. The springs on the regular PSS9 system seem to work well. I was hoping for a higher tech, lighter weight 60mm spring, with option for full (stock) suspension travel.

Anyone order these yet? I am curious myself to try them. Anyone confirm the spring rates as compared to the PSS9? Shock valving specs? I wonder if they are using two valve settings from the PSS9 like 7F,8R for Street, and 4F,2R for Sport?

I would also love to learn how it works as it just does not make sense to go back from PSS9/PSS10 to "PSS2". What happen if I find the street mode too soft and the sport mode too harsh?

It makes more sense to provide two preset comfort "zones" rather than "levels". Either in the street "zone" or the "sport" zone, the valves in the shock would be adjusted electronically and automatically to maintain the same G-Force despite of the speed of the car and road condition (i.e., there are sensors to measure the bump and rebounce forces). It is similar to CDC with two zones of comfort and control levels. It would then worth our money to upgrade.

That would be akin to the Porsche PSAM system. Not cheap to do well. I have mixed feeling about systems that micro-adjust via sensors. On the one hand if you are just on the street they can provide useful adaptive flexibility. But in my limited experience with EDC, it can be annoying when it changes on you in the midst of a turn -- I prefer a set level that is predictable for racing and general fast driving. I want to be in control, and know where the damping is set.

The system on the new M3, and this B16 system, provide set levels that you can count on.

At the beginning of this thread it says it will fit all the xi's, but if you go to the turnermotorsports webstie it says it does not fit the xi versions. Maybe they realized the applications were deifferent and turner changed their website. idk. lata

Question..

I'm not sure whether or not that has been answered, however, I'll take the risk and ask anyway, if anyone does have experience with these...are the B16's significantly stiffer than the stock E92 sport suspension while in "comfort" mode?

noone knows, noone has them yet. But I assume the comfort mode should provide U the stock non-sport suspension characteristics, while the sport should be sharp and stiff, stiffer like the OEM sport suspension. more track style. But only assumptions

Given the spring & damping rates of the PSS9s, and reports of the M3 EDC system, I expect the normal setting to be a bit stiffer than OEM ZSP, but nonetheless to improve ride characteristics. Sport setting should be pretty firm.

That was my guess, and that's exactly what I hoped for, I think I'm going to order a set of these soon, thanks for the input.

I've been researching Caymans as I decide what to do next. All the street/track guys over at caymanclub.net swear by PASM. Those who do not have it wish they did.

So, I'm still interested in these....reviews? Do we know 100% on the EDC or PASM like capabilities of these?

I ordered a set of these only to find out they DO NOT fit the xi... I'd already have them on my car if there did. They taunted me by showing up at my house and everything, I had to send them back >: (
