Okay maybe that will help...I hadn’t tried and sort of lubricant yet as I hadn’t needed any for the other hoses...

Silicone may help it pop off under boost. I'd try spit or maybe some dishwashing soap if spit wont work..

Spray silicone dries up quickly. No issues there.

Thank you in advance for your help.
I think you are gonna want more than 11 feet. 15-16 to be safe. Just in case you need to make an extra one I took the plastic lines off the valve cover and ran 1 line over. Less connection points 😉

I thought the rear was easy. It's the front turbo that required a little trick with house wire

Well idk if it’s just early builds but the wastegate nipple is pointed at the crankcase and it’s a real b!tch to get to...

Idk. I have an 01/07 n54. The wastegates are clocked directly North on center.

Interesting that's yours are clocked northeast toward the engine.

Well i put the car on jack stands today and got to the wastegate nipple from the bottom. A little piece of the old hose was still stuck on the nipple and that’s what was keeping me from getting the new hose installed...all’s well now.
