iDrive/ccc repair in tri-state area?

My idrive/ccc had ben constantly restarting lately and the other day went through a rough bump and the ccc stopped working altogether. Ive looked on ebay and the units seem quite expensive plus programming has to be done. There was one repair company in cali that you can send out to but they want about $500. I was wondering if anyone had this issue and got it fixed around the tristate area?

ProjectM sells them for a good price, I would just get a replacement.
Haven't heard of any repairs made possible yet..
