i dont know if thats what the gentleman was implying, if you are in "lets say" the real estate business, for example. you dont want to meet a client in a ghetto mobile, appearance is very important in some professions

The only reason why my emblems are red is because it matches my red interior.

The vinyl roof was the worst automotive fad ever perpetrated on the American public by the Big Three automakers, with all of the problems of a convertible top (fading, ripping, etc.) and none of the benefits.

Today, vinyl siding is still considered to be a cut-rate material for home exteriors, so why would anyone want to cover the entire exterior of a car in cheap vinyl? Especially a BMW?

Just my opinion though...
Vinyl siding actually has some of the best insulation capabilities known to the construction industry....not the best, but for it is, it does an excellent job. It's cheap and efficient. That's why so many opt for it.

Looks on the other hand....

OP, 3K is a great price, especially with the 3 year warranty. Looks great but I'm not into black in general.

Go for the black matte lower grills.
Makes a huge difference.
Maybe some carbon fiber roundels.

3K is a great price. for a 3 series we would charge around $3,000-3,500 so You got a deal!

Reason you never see Matte Yellow or orange is BC Usually you cant find it in what is called, "Easy Apply" vinyl which has channels in the back to allow for air bubbles to be removed while applying.

When we do Wraps we do a wet apply and use High Performance Vinyl which is an 8 year vinyl. Will it last 8 years? Probably not but its the best Vinyl out there. Its a CAST vinyl instead of a CALENDARED.

We do at least 2-3 roofs every weekend. its our greatest seller.

the Matte look is not for everyone but It is an eye catcher.

I just Wrapped my caddy instead of painting it. Times are tough, I cant afford to paint it. lol Plus Labor is free since I did it myself. lol

Before: (Grandpa Status) lol

After:

Back on topic. Your car is great man. You get a great deal no doubt about it. Not my cup of tie with the red emblems but Lowering it will make that car POP!
