Visual Inspection DFW

Anyone know of a place in the DFW area that will pass you on visual inspection if you have catless downpipes?

Every place I've been to has been too lazy to take off the undertray. You can't really tell from the top unless you know what you're looking for either. Your experience may vary, but I've never had an issue as long as the CEL is off.
