Resisdual Value of '07 335i coupe for lease?

Hi all.

I am going to lease a '07 335i coupe in February, and I was wondering if anybody knew what BMW was using as the residual value percentage for the car. Also, does anyone know what BMW finanicial is offering in terms of money factor?

Thanks,

Rob

I got 61% RF. The MF, truthfully, I don't remember, but I bought in Nov '06 and the one floating around this board was what I got. If I'm not mistaken, this may have changed for Jan '07.

thanks for posting the money factor. I forgot to mention that I was looking to lease for three years, and was seeking the residual value after three years on the car.

Thanks again,

Rob

From Will: January rates on a 335i sedan is .00150 with a 61% residual for 15,000 miles. A dealer will probably bump the rate a little bit.

335i Coupe January Rates:
Money Factor: .00175
Residual 58%

Bimmerfest posts these every month for every model in the 'Ask the Dealer' forum.

PS. It usually helps to know the MF and residual when leasing.

MF never gets marked up based on lease length. Only the residual changes.

If you guys don't like the markup on numbers and you're in NJ/NY/PA area, work with Lucas at JMK BMW (Springfield, NJ). He's an honest guy and will hook you up the best he can.

That isn't always the case. Sometime the MF may be based on the length of the term.
