Help request !! with the Bastuck Quad Exhaust

Guys

Im gonna install the Bastuck Quad Exhaust system with my E90 330i.

However, just when unpacked it from the box I really found out that it cannot fit to my M-Tech rear diffuser, another point is at the right side exhaust tip (when you face to your car) it cannot fit in to the car because it stuck with the battery bay.

Guys any advice, pleaseeee, Im now really out of the solution.

Thank in advance...
