Broken Female Electrical Connection (Water Pump) PLEASE HELP

I performed a little maintenance on the 06 325i yesterday and ran into a problem. When disconnecting/connecting the female electrical connection to the water pump, the locking tab broke off. The rest of the female connector is intact, just no locking tab.

Have you ever had a similar female connector break?

If so, how did you fix it? I cannot find a part number anywhere.

Am I looking at a new female connector, or a wire harness?

Can I redneck it with a dab of silicone where the connectors meet?

Please give me your recommendations.

Luckily between the water pump/ thermostat, spark plugs, oil housing gasket, microfilter, and oil change, this was the only problem. But I am concerned.

Please let me know your thoughts.

The socket housing should be available separately. What year / model are you looking for?
