Powerstop pads not making full contact with rotor
Hi,
I recently changed all 4 rotors/pads with Powerstop kit. I cleaned and lubrificated everything...After 500km, the front is perfect, but both rear rotors look like this; Should I take the rear apart again or it will sit properly after few hundreds more km ? Maybe there's trash between the rotor and hub? It's my first brake job on my e90... thank for your advises.

I pumped the brake pedal and removed extra brake fluid + I did a proper brake bed in procedure. Do I really need to bleed the system after a brake change ??? I did not open the system or lines...

I always just change my brake fluid every two years. Never had to do any bleeding or anything special after brake changes and wear has always been perfectly even. I do replace my rubber guide bushings every time though.
Is it showing the same pattern on the inner rotor surface as well? |

I had an oil change last year, but I dont think it has anything to do with that...
I don't know if it's has the same pattern on the inner side of the rotor. I haven't check yet, but I think I'll have to remove everything to see that.

If is hardware issue, guide bushings for exampe, the wear pattern on the inside would be opposite, on the inner portion of the rotor, however, I highly doubt that is the problem. I would re-bleed the system and then re bed-in the brakes.
