Installing JB4 with MHD already installed

Planning to finally install JB4 tomorrow, currently running MHD. Should I flash back to stock fully (uninstall MHD) or can I just flash to stage 0 on MHD and leave it installed?

Also not too knowledgeable on how backend flashing with JB4 and MHD works, but would like for that to be an option in the future

I have a quick question similar to the one above. I currently have a jb4 and my car runs fine with it. But i want the burbles that MHD provides. Will the back end flashes allow me to turn on burbles? That's literally the only thing I want from it.

Yes you can get the burbles with the MHD + BEF. I think the mhd/jb4 combo is really nice personally. Best of both worlds.
