Help--will these OEM M3 260 wheels fit?

I just bought these wheels off eBay and now I'm now wondering if these will fit without rubbing or modification needed. I did check before hand and found people that fit the, but now I am seeing others talking about issues. They are the 18" E92 M3 wheel, Style 260, 8.5" et29 F & 9.5" et23. The tires are 245/40 and 265/40. Some posts talk about fender rolling? Can anyone provide any insight on this and what will be needed to fit them? Thanks.
