Recommended Battery for 2006, E90 ?
Can anyone recommend a battery for a 2006, E90, sedan, completely stock , battery was changed once by BMW, thanks in advance.

Anything h8, I'm running h8 gold from advance auto, I heard of people going to Costco and Walmart and running there h8s as well, you might need to have battery registered after
|

I agree with above, OEM is best and the dealer should make the price comparable to aftermarket.

The same specs as the one that came out. Same type lead-acid (non-AGM) or AGM and capacity (Ah rating).
Otherwise you need to program the car for the new type and capacity. If you keep same specs, you do not need to re-program but it is recommended to register the replacement so the car knows it has a new battery to maintain. East Penn, Douglas, and Exide are OEM suppliers for BMW batteries. You get the same part for less because it doesn't have the branded BMW logo on it. I run an Exide |

H8 AGM from a known brand will give you no issues, you can also get away with lead-acid if your car came with it. Currently running an H8 Exide Lead Acid on my 2006 BMW 325i. Remember to register and code in the battery.
