Go see Howie at Sterling BMW, tell him Graham referred you, hes sold 3-5 cars to friends, and a couple of referrals from work of mouth. He's always easy to deal with.

Agreed. It's funny because Shelly and Irvine BMW are owned by the same individual, but the business practices are night & day. I've purchased my last 4 BMW's from Shelly (..and the same salesman there), and have always received excellent service. I've always heard horror stories about Irvine BMW.

Hey man! I'm VII from audizine. I just ordered my 335 from Crevier and wasn't happy with the outcome on pricing. I went into Sterling and got double off MSRP there in 15 minutes than Crevier in a month. I'll definately hit up Howie and see what he can do for me. I also hit up Will in Long Beach as he is a sponsor.

I got my 335i from Irvine BMW. When it arrived after 3 months of waiting, there was a paperwork/labeling error and was sold to someone else....

I only reordered through them because of the "special pricing" they offered to make things right.

So, I went to another SoCal BMW internet sales manager who gave me an excellent deal on a new e92 (invoice + $1,200) without any haggling whatsoever.

I plan on purchsing a car through this dealer on Friday.

If everything goes as planned, I'll post which dealer gave me this great deal!

Irvine BMW tried to sell me my e90 for 900 per month and 18 % down becuase i owned too many homes in result i have high debt ratio. i do really my car but not with that price. I even told them i know i have will be upside down on my e46 325i brand new 05. only driven about 32000.. anyways. i went to my old place that i bought my other car. i got a deal and told them i want to this car from irvine bmw.. can u swap it. if you can do it, we have a deal .. So they did. I signed a contract for 741 per month .. with 8 % interest.. . A week later .. i drove to irwine bmw.. and talk to the same people. about getting a new car. Basically i just want to rub it on their face. They cant treat a bmw owner like this.. YOu guys show have see their face.. all red.. lol
BY the way.. SHelly and Irvine and i forgot the name of it in Hawaii owned by the same owner..

What?!? I understood most of this after reading it three times, but what do you mean "i have will be upside down on my e46 ..."?

Upside down means he owes more on the car than what it's resale value is worth.

I disagree. There's nothing wrong with having a good test drive. But abusing a car you're not going to buy, just for giggles, or to get back at the dealer is petty and immature. People need to grow up IMO.

I had a very bad experience there. I got this guy 2 sales from referrals, on the basic promise that he'd discount me heavily on my next car. When that time came, he quoted me the highest price in Socal and wouldn't budge. And this is on ED, where it doesn't even come out of his allocation.

I was pissed.

Emailed Kate from Irvine BMW. She and Franz apparently work together as a "team" I email them both different emails. I emailed Franz 6 days ago, asking him for a quote, and emailed Kate after getting all the dealer prices asking her if she can beat the price 2 days later, Kate emails me and tells me that she can not beat the price, and says:
"That's a phenomenal deal, $450ish over invoice. I'd keep your order
there!" Then she emails me back saying

"I was working late last night and misread your #....you are paying too
much for that. Come see Franz or I and we'll get you a good deal."

On the same day Franz had sent me an email at MSRP price. Trying to do me dirty ?

I just ordered an E92 335i from Kate @ Irvine and couldn't be happier. She was professional, friendly, and quite accommodating.

And how much over invoice did you get it for?.... I dont know what makes you different than anyone else, but everyone that I speak to that has dealt with Irvine says they are a joke... Right Jimmy??

Another thing too... Your location says Texas... Do they give you that good of a deal or are you bullshiting all of us???

I'm not bullshitting you at all. I paid $1,000 over invoice. She was friendly and helpful after my local dealerships wouldn't budge. My car is being delivered to a local dealership.

It was happenstance that I contacted her. When I was considering a 335i, I joined a few BMW forums and saw that Irvine BMW was a sponsor. I checked out their website and on a whim, called. When I got the deal I was set.

No sir. There's an Irving, TX about fifteen miles from my house in Dallas, but I went out of state to get my 335i. Several dealerships in the area were just not giving me the deal I wanted.
