Yes it is.

Only thing that was taken from the interior was the carpet and lower black trims, cup holders and shifter Trim, top

It connects to the steering clock spring... So the plastic plug and say an inch of the wires coming out of it. Let me know you need a better explanation.

I need this really bad... stuck with putting my stock clock spring back on.
