Possible Battery Replacement Help Please

Hey All,

I just did a search and haven't exactly seen what I am looking for. I'm actually watching the Bruins and got sick of reading through long threads to be honest. Anyways, its been cold as of late and I have had some trouble starting my car (06 330i). First start in the morning, I push and hold the start button, it cranks, my dash kind of flashes then cranks again and turns on. I have to reset my clock and my trip meter restarts. It seems like a bad battery but I am not sure. This doesn't happen all year until it gets cold. I bought this last October so I have no idea if the battery has ever been replaced. Any thought?

Check and see if there's a date on the battery, usually there's a month and and year
