In my case the 06TL, sold in 2010 had a lot more dealer intervention, starting 3 weeks in ---- with a full tail light housing replacement up to & including a 6MT rebuild on a TSB ----- then my 2004 330 with no dealer visits outside free changes & $1200 out of pocket since then, has had to date. 50K miles on the TL - 100K+ miles on the 330.
