That exhaust is a tig / mig welded work of art.

How much work was it to put the M3 wheel on a non sport car? Sport is the only option my car does not have, I'd love to have the paddle shift but was not sure if it was plug and play to add. Sweet car though, mines the same color. Love the wheels against the gray.

Mine is not a Space Gray. It's a Tasman Metallic Green.

The M3 performance wheel was pretty much plug and play BUT I learned something along the way. I'll reference my post from another thread on the matter:

Finally got around to it. My car never came with any paddles so after installing everything including the retrofit harness kit, I thought I was all done and started up the car expecting a spirited driving session. I began driving and noticed that while the paddles did "click," I wasn't engaging manual mode at all despite whatever I tried. I checked everything again and it all looked fine. After doing some research I know what is wrong. Since my car never came with the paddles to begin with, I now need to get the 6 wire steering wheel multifunction control part. Mine is a 4 wire multifunction control. Essentially, I need part #61319123287 in order to get these paddles working.

I have the same emblems, but my d is red. You get them on ebay. Comes with everything to remote the stock

No mufflers at all. Just a couple of resonators that you see in the pics.

This is an audio clip that I posted a couple of months ago.

First 4 seconds gives you an idea of the sound at idle before revving. Crank up the volume.

Taken in the summer.

Cold start up in the winter sounds even meaner:

Those are vibrant short resonators. They also make the in an 18" long version. I use lots of them.

Items that I've had sitting for over a year to be installed:

1) Differential lockdown kit.
2) Upgraded Rogue Engineering transmission mounts.
3) Boost and pyro gauges.

Okay, I think we have the same one then, I think the guy's name was VWetish or something along those lines.

What is your reasoning behind the RE transmission bushings? Are the 335d specific?

Yes, that's the same lockdown kit I have.

I've seen the stock tranny mounts on our cars. These are beefier fire sure and wouldn't hurt especially when your car is putting down more power.

I'll dig up a link tomorrow for them.

I have the VWetish Lockdown kit and it made a substantial improvement to the smoothness of the drivetrain. Surprised you have not installed yours yet as it literally takes 10min to do.

Question on the tranny mounts. Do you know what will be the affect on the NVH with these?

Think I'll get around to it in late June when I have a couple of weeks off work. As for NVH, I've crossed that line ages ago so it wouldn't matter to me.

#1 and #2 have been done. Only leaves #3 but that won't realistically get done if/when I add a meth kit.
