If you're willing to spend that kind of cash then definitely get the OEM kit. The fitment is perfect and the weave is immaculate!

That's probably the most rediculous pricing I've ever seen. For that price they better throw in a jb3 and intake! Which place in Tampa what is?

He must be talking about wrapping the trim in real CF.
Ask him about wrapping your trim pieces in CF *fabric*. Tell him you can source him the material (from links provided in previous posts in this thread) and all he has to do is install it and you only pay for labor. You can avoid all that because the DIY for it is pretty straight forward, but if you want the security of it being done by a professional then go for it. Tampa FTW!!

J levi is advertising $400 for up to 10 pieces. http://www.jlevistreetwerks.com/BMW-...duct_info.html
I am told that Neffy Wrap will do it for significantly less than that. Call for price quote. http://neffywrap.com/ |

1500 is def not for cf fabric. It has to be for a real CF wet lay. You can wet lay your trim with the kits they sell at carbonmods.co.uk I made a beer pong table with a cf top. You need to get the ratios right or else it won't cure and it will be forever sticky.

I'll do it for you for $1,199...
I keed. Yeah, you are getting raped there. Just get a vendor do it on here for $300-400. I just finished wrapping my stuff and it was a little bit of a pain at the beginning. Mainly because I never wrapped anything in any kind of material. But once you get done one or two pieces, you learn. We're lucky because the carbon fiber material is very stretchable and can contour to almost anything.

Sounds like the shop clearly doesn't understand what you want them to do. That's a price quote for a real C/F overlay, not the fabric that is similar to 3m vinyl.
