P1129 fault code

The much better half's 2006 320i has just started throwing this fault code (p1129) which I understand to be "Downstream Heated O2 Sensors Swapped"??

I haven't touched the o2 sensors, does anyone know if there is any other reason that this fault would be tripped.

Thanks in advance for any comments.
PS I'm a forum virgin and this is my first post, so not so sure I've done everything correctly.
