You cant have the best of both worlds mate. I would quite happily let her put the weight back on for the bigger breasts.
For me a size 10 with no chest is fine. A size 10 with a big chest is not attractive. Give a me a 12 or 14 with the breasts to match is so much sexier but each to their own i guess.
