320i Engine oil type

I have 2008 320i Bmw and I have been using Total brand engine oil (5W 40)
Because Castrol brand was difficult to get. I now have the Castrol brand and will like to know if I should use the Castrol or keep using the Total brand.
I need urgent respond. Thanks

Go with the Total

Castrol has not been the OEM oil for several years since BMW switch to Shell products.
