Sorry to hear that. People have mentioned that to me before and i had an IT company check it out and they tell me that there is no way that can happen unless the email address you put in the form is spelt incorrectly.
I think i'll put up a direct email address on our contact page so there is an option. I have Sean here to deal with all enquiries so realistically you should get a response within one day.

Just be aware, you'll receive exponentially higher amounts of spam every week after doing this. There are literally automated processes out there that crawl web sites looking for email addresses to add to spam mailing lists.

Yeah this is true, a contact form with a Google Captcha is best practice.

Chances are there's no issue with the process and the emails are goi g I to someone's spam folder.

lol.. i was trying to find a shop closer to the western subs instead of going to burwood for minor works if required and find them on google.

They work on most European makes and models and the owner has previously worked at BMW Melbourne as well as another local indy in Melbourne; has a wealth of knowledge esspecially on the E9X and F series cars. He is also well versed on the aftermarket tuning for n54/n55.

Hit them up if you would like to experience great service at a great price!

Followed Jin from Active to his new setup here as Im a big believer in finding a good Mech/Tech who is reliable and trustworthy and then sticking with them

Hes done pretty much everything on the car over the last 18mths from DCI DP CP JB4 STG2 LPFP LSD replace HPFP etc has always been helpful and reliable

Well truth be told guys they are not, they fail like anything else the electronics can be a nightmare.
So when something goes wrong who do you blame the MECHANIC, there is no misscommunication here its just one party wont listen.
When i know its not us i will say so, if it was us i am always happy to sort it out.
My customers that know me well, know i am a fair Business person and will go out of my way to help, sometimes a long way.
In your case you are a very rude person who wont listen or even try to understand what actuality goes on with your car.
