Easy? Yes, if you know what you are doing and if you have access to lathe machine.
If you don't is pretty much impossible to do. Otherwise, you will see this kit on almost every e90 here.
Also is good Idea to install M3 brake master cylinder for better brake fee.

since I have done this myself I can tell you that milling down the caliper 1mm or 2mm more than is already required for 330/335i might be unsafe.
Other than that the rotors are easy since they came in to variants for 165mm and 180mm parking shoes.

U dont need to destroy your calipers. Please dont! More info shortly. Im pretty sure that we will see lot of rear calipers installed from now on.

E82 135 rear Caliper needs a 1.5mm spacer only if you use f10 5 series rear rotors.
If you use the expensive e91 sport rear rotor you are perfect fit.

For f30 rears.
I have done speculation and I think the rotor does not sit as deep towards suspension as e90 by maybe 5-8mm because f30 has different rear hubs that are shorter than e90. Change hubs and you may be okay and not touch caliper. Or maybe that's why someone shaved the caliper 2mm

Above photos are from my car. I'm not writing you here of a guy who knows a guy that have done this. I know this first hand.
f30 and e90 rotors are identical height. f30 rotors sits perfectly on e90. Don't know about e82 since my car is e90. However, the caliper offset is wrong and the mounting tubs needs to be shaven in order to fit between the knuckles and the rotor and be centered. Additionally, the holes on the knuckle needs to be enlarged since f30 calipers uses bigger bolts.
However, is possible that there is better way as with everything else in life!
Waiting on Wlodi to tell us more...

that rotor is smaller then stock 330/335i and not an upgrade.
stock e90 330/335i is 335mm and f30 is 345mm
that is why I'm not familiar with it
when I look for brakes I usually look for bigger than already on the vehicle.

I was asked about 135i calipers used in 330i and simmilar engined 3 series and these are correct rotors for them

The f10 5 series rotor is a bit larger and requires 1.5mm spacer.
I don't think 135i e82 rears can take a big disk

So that is why your discovery is interesting for me. Larger disks and a nice caliper design

on e90 I guess you can use e82 135i hubs in order not to have the caliper milled down. How ever for me was easier to mill it down. 135i hubs would add 10mm rendering my 18x10 et 25 rear rims useless as they wound not longer with under the fender.
Additionally, only half of the parking brake surface will be usable and most of that mechanism will be exposed.
When changing the hub a bearing replacement might be needed as well adding to the total cost in both parts and labor.
Other then that I have no idea how you can install the caliper with out modifying it.

I'll take some time to compare rotor specs and see if rear hub swap is the answer to handbrake and milling

For your handbrake, Since you say the brake shoe is too narrow. You may need to use e46m3/ e60 handbrake shoes that are 30mm wide vs the e90 20mm

I don't need any handbrake shoes work. Is all nice and flushed, the way it needs to be, from factory. If you swap the hub you can use 30mm shoes b but don't really have to. However all the mechanism will be exposed to debris. I knew all of that. I/m very familiar with brakes (not only BMW's) and that is why I have decided to simply mill down the caliper mounting tubs.

Is your 335i pre LCI or LCI ? I only know via milling the calipers and modifying the carrier knuckles. Why don't you PM Wlodi ?
